Ari Dollas commenced with Abigroup in the late 1990’s where he successfully delivered some of Melbourne finest Residential apartment projects such as Watergate Apartments at the Docklands.

Ari left Abigroup to join Mackie and Staff as a Senior Project Manager to then join Hickory Group as a Construction/Project Manager where he was responsible for the delivery of projects such as 50 Albert Road, South Melbourne (283 Apartments by Elenberg Fraser)

Throughout Ari’s 1st Tier career in construction he has successfully delivered over 1850 apartments in the Melbourne CBD.

Paul has 30 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry. Paul has worked for some of Melbourne’s best known contractors which include The Grollo Group and the Jennings Group.

Paul has been responsible for the delivery of some of Melbourne’s iconic projects which include Mount Buller and Mount Stirling projects for The Grollo Group.

Paul’s Strengths are delivery and product results being in line with the expectations of the DCS team and client requirements. Paul is a focused self-starter and a team player who supports all those around him.

Basil Salvaris commenced with Mirvac in mid-1990’s in a Development Management capacity. Basil left Mirvac to take up a “hands on role” as a General foreman for Abigroup where he successfully delivered high-rise apartment towers on time and within Budgets. In 2001 Basil went to Baulderstone as a General Foreman where he was involved in some of Melbourne’s landmark projects.

At Baulderstone, Basil capitalised on his experience with concrete structure in a number of major developments before taking on the Safety Supervisor role on the Holden Headquarters project. Two years later he was made a Project Manager where he was assigned “Boutique” residential development projects. From Baulderstone Basil joined ABD Group as the Construction Manager for 4 years.
