DCS Built is led by two Company Directors who has over 40 years of combined Development and Construction experience.
The benefit of using DCS Built is that we base our advice, solutions and recommendations on real practical experience rather than theories.
The Directors are self and team motivators who rely on solutions from technical knowledge and maintaining cost efficiency’s for their Client. Our Directors have been team members to several of Melbourne’s Landmark Delivered Projects.
Staff strengths
DCS Built employs both foreman/carpenters and Site managers to run our projects.
The team is either trade qualified and/or University qualified.
Our team is based on both 1st and 2nd tier building principles. Because of this, we have the technologies and the ability to deliver quality large and small projects alike.
